I got down to the Outlander and had read all on your list, but after that except for Rebecca, you lost me. I am, as you probably know, a fan of science fiction, but horror is not my cup of tea, Dean Koontz usually scars me, as does Stephan King! I have read books by both authors but after Christine I have been shying away from Stephan King, however, your desription of Watchers has me intrigued, I will read it.

Oh, just in passing, I liked the book, The Shining, way better than the movie. The movie was creepier than the book in my opinion. That might be for the way Jack played crazy so very well!
